Updates, updates
Hi friends,
Hope you’re well. I haven’t written anything here since the holidays because, well, I’m expecting a baby this summer and that has taken a lot of my energy 😅
As part of planning for all sorts of life changes, I’ve also decided to make some adjustments to my creative projects, including this newsletter.
So going forward:
This newsletter will be simplified — with just two sections: a reflection (on the usual things I write about, which are this and thats in the realm of staying creative and content) + any links I want to share. And the cadence will be…whenever there’s something to say ;)
Meal Memoirs is now its own thing called candid food journal — the idea there is to collect all my notes on the “ecosystem” of trying to eat well (meal planning, groceries, cooking, dining out). I don’t think of myself as a huge “foodie” but I do believe food is a big part of long-term wellness.
I’ll keep doing Postcards here — love to have a place to document photos and travel.
I mentioned months ago that I was working on a blog post about my productivity philosophy. It took most of winter, but I was finally able to publish it in late February (along with a complementary Ode post on my stationery favorites). In it, I talk about the importance of clarity and prioritization, which feel more pertinent to me than ever.
The only constant is change, they say, and it takes conscious effort to pause, recognize change is happening, and pursue opportunities to adapt with it. I’ve always found that effort worth it.
Thanks for following my journey so far and hope to have you along for this next chapter.
