Greetings! A week or so ago, I visited Joshua Tree National Park with a group of friends. It was my first time there. Iโd expected to find Joshua trees themselves very amusing to see in person but I wasnโt expecting to be so taken aback by the entire desert landscape. The word that kept coming to mind was untouched. The otherworldly rock formations and plants made me feel like I was walking on another planet โ or maybe just this one before civilization. I havenโt stopped thinking about that feeling since. Here are some of my favorite snapshots from the outing.
See you next time, desert!
This post was born of a desire to share my favorite photos from the trip in a higher-res, more permanent manner than on Instagram, as well as an interest in incorporating more travel experiences into this newsletter. Let me know if you enjoyed it or have other feedback :)
